All customers are assigned an 'entry level fee basis' based on edition and initial committed volume.

In addition, the entry level rate entitles the customer to purchase additional blocks of page views. Additional blocks are purchased to satisfy the total estimated committed monthly volume (e.g. 200.000 page views, 700.000 page views or 200.000.000 page views, etc.).

Customers also have the option to elect to use 'page overage' instead of purchasing additional blocks. Overage is assessed at the standard rate per 1000 pages viewed. For example, if the page view overage in a given month was 10,000 additional pages, the overage fee would be 10 * standard rate per 1000. From a cost perspective, overage is a more sensible option at low volume sites.

With higher volume sites, overage can rapidly become costly and hence we encourage customers to elect the opportunity to purchase additional pages in bulk.
